Important information for participants

For all registered participants we have summarized the most important information at a glance! Please read this information completely before departure and come back one or two days before for updates.



THE ALL-INCLUSIVE WEEKEND

At the International Polecamp (almost) everything is included. In addition to the accommodation in the **** Hotel Bibione Palace, the full board and all workshops, all participants will receive non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soda and coke from the self-service bar to the meals (lunch and dinner) in the dining room FREE OF CHARGE. Other, as well as alcoholic beverages are to be paid. Full board starts with dinner on the first day of the event and ends with lunch on the last day of the event. If you would like to have lunch at the hotel on the day of arrival, please inform the reception beforehand and pay extra!



JOURNEY

The "International Polecamp " will take place at the Bibione Palace Suite Hotel, Via Taigete, 20, 30020 Bibione (VE), ITALY. You can find a route planner here.


If you come by plane, Venice (airports: Marco Polo or Treviso) is the nearest airport. If you arrive by train, Latisana is the nearest train station. For our part, no transfers are offered and the journey to the hotel is on your own!



CHECK-IN

Be sure to take your ticket with you, which you received by e-mail shortly after your booking! The QR code on it must be printed or digitally on your cell phone and presented at the event check-in.


After arriving at the hotel (free parking in the underground garage) please come directly to our "International Polecamp" Check-In (TKM), which is located after the entrance on the left side of the hotel lobby and is open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. There you will receive further information and your control bracelet. Afterwards (otherwise the receptionist will send you back to us) you will get your room key at the reception. Since we are registered as a group, it is not possible to change rooms on the spot! All participants who arrive in the afternoon will receive - when our check-in is closed - the mentioned documents directly at the hotel reception.



MEET & GREET

On the first Polecamp day at 2:45 pm we will host a "Meet & Greet" on the pool terrace. We will briefly introduce ourselves and all the trainers, inform you personally about the schedule of the weekend and gladly answer your questions.



LATE ARRIVAL

If you do not check in on the first day of the event by 6:00 p.m. at the latest, we will consider this as a "no-show" (100% cancellation fee) and you will automatically forfeit your room for the entire duration of your stay! In case of a late arrival please inform us by e-mail at least 3 days before arrival (if not already done)!



EXTENSIONS

Participants who have booked an extra night before the event, please check in directly at the hotel reception and receive the room key there. Additionally you have to check in at TKM (for the event) on the first day of the event between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm! There you will get further information and your control wristbands. If you have booked an extra night after the event, the room must be vacated and checked out at the reception by 10:00 am.



WORKSHOPS

You can find an interactive workshop schedule here. You will also get a printed workshop plan from us at the check-in.


The allocation into group A or B is (if you have not indicated a group preference at the time of your registration) already done on our part and will be announced to you at our event check-in-desk in Bibione! We are looking forward to your understanding that for organizational reasons we can not give individual information in this regard in advance.


In order to offer you a certain flexibility, all workshops can be attended without pre-registration. If there are too many participants in a workshop, it will be closed for security reasons and the principle "first come - first serve" applies. If one of your "desired workshops" is already full, you have the possibility to change to one of the other workshops offered at the same time.


At the Int. Polecamp there are about 50 poles (brand X-Pole) at your disposal. However, we ask for your understanding that not all participants will always find a place in the desired workshop!

EXERCISE MAT AND GRIP AIDS

Please bring exercise mat, knee pads and grip aids on your own to Bibione! As we made the experience that our participants prefer to use their own resources, they are not provided at the Polecamp! If possible, we also recommend bringing 2 yoga blocks on your own to Bibione, because those maybe required for some workshops!


Appropriate protection in the form of shoe protectors for the platform of the heels/boots is recommended to prevent damage to shoes and the floor.


As it is almost impossible to clean the poles again after using itac2, there is an absolute itac2 ban at Int. Polecamp!



SAFETY

Your safety is very important to us. Therefore, we as organizers do everything necessary to ensure this. Nevertheless, EVERY single participant is responsible for cleaning the pole (or hoop) he/she is dancing on before the beginning of the respective workshop and to check it again by him/herself. Participation in all workshops is at your own risk and TKM is not liable for any injuries! Injuries!


The use of the poles & hoops (in all locations) outside of the workshop times is NOT permitted for safety reasons!



YOUR OWN DRINKS

Because it is not an apartment complex but a first-class hotel you are not allowed to take your own drinks to the hotel! We ask you to please honour this request made by the hotel unconditionally!



LATE CHECK-OUT

You can use your room on Sunday until 5:00 pm if you like. But you have to return the keys to reception and check out at 5:00 pm at the latest. If you join an additional night after the event, you have to check-out until 10:00 am.



PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

Photography and filming will take place during the event. The pictures and film will then be published on the website and in social media (Facebook, Instagram & Co). If someone doesn't want to be on the photo or film, we ask you to simply "step out of the picture" during the shooting! :-) Thanks a lot!


You will find the date for our annual group photo on the pool terrace on the info sheet you will receive on site.


During the shows we ask you not to take pictures (with flash), because we take photos and also a film, which we will of course be happy to show you on Facebook and our website after the event.



POLE-PHOTOSHOOTING

If you have booked a photo shooting, you will receive all the details directly upon arrival at our check-in desk.



SHOPPING TIME

Also this year we offer you a sales booth at our check-in. Here you can get Dragonfly items - with 30% DISCOUNT (but only while stocks last). Our sales booth is open daily from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm (Payment in CASH only!)



MALE POLE-DANCERS

We are happy to welcome male poledancers at the Polecamp again.



SOCIAL MEDIA

We appreciate each posting on Facebook or Instagram. Please link your posts (to @polecamp.eu). To guarantee that each post will be found (from others, too), please use as hashtag # internationalpolecamp
