Groups

Are you running a dance school, a Pole studio or a club and would you like to join us with your students at International Polecamp? If you register as a group we will give you a discount of EUR 15.00 per person on the effective price.

The following conditions apply for group registrations:

​

• The group must consist of at least 15 people (Poler Package) who register simultaneously via our website.

• The group discount applies to all room categories and we will deduct EUR 15.00 once for every person (no matter if they book a single, double, three- or four-bed room).

• The organizer of the group gives his fellow travelers a promo code , which is to be entered in the field "Enter coupon code" during the booking procedure. The organizer receives this promo code in advance from the organizer. So if you are interested, just send an E-Mail and request the promo code!

• The booking can be done by the organizer himself or by each individual participant. In any case, the booking of all group members has to be done around the same time (within 24 hours) and contain all required data for each group member. Depending on the category of room booked the first mentioned participant on the booking will receive the invoice for the booked room. The invoice has to be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.

• If an individual member of a group cancels our cancellation policies apply. However, at the beginning of the Polecamp, the size of the group has to be at least 15 people. If this minimum group size cannot be reached, you forfeit your entitlement to a group discount and we will send you a bill for the outstanding amount (per person EUR 15.00).

• As a group booking we only accept “real groups” of people who live in the same area, the organizer lives in, and who were indeed invited by the organizer to join him at International Polecamp. We reserve the right of acceptance of a group booking.

Info for the group organizer
We are happy to support you as organizer of a/your group as best we can:

​

• We provide a flyer to market the event free of charge and will send you up to 300 copies to you via mail if you wish. Just contact us via email.

• You can download our marketing banner and put it onto your own website.

• Advertise International Polecamp and your group on your Facebook page and invite your friends.

• Show your friends, students and club members our films and video clips of the last years. You will find them here.

• To advertise the event on your website or your Facebook page you are welcome to use text and pictures from our website (picture credits: www.polecamp.eu).

• If your are promoting our event and organizing a group (of at least 15 polers) for International Polecamp you will get a credit of EUR 10.00 per participant of your group on our own booking!

For example: if your group has 20 people, you will get a one-time credit of EUR 200,- for your own participation at the International Polecam; if there are 30 people, it would be EUR 300.00 and so on.

The credit is not transferable and cannot be given in cash. The credit amount can only be redeemed for International Polecamp 2024.
