The competition will be organized by the Int. Polecamp - TKM Eventmanagment KG, Austraße 21, 6200 Jenbach. Any natural person over the age of 18 who follows the page www.instagram.com/polecamp.eu, has "liked"  and commented on the competition entry on Instagram is eligible to participate. The competition begins on August 12, 2022; The closing date for entries and thus the end of the competition is August 31, 2022. 

A winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be announced on September 1st, 2022.

Late participations cannot be considered. Participation in the sweepstakes is only permitted if the participant enters it personally. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via competition clubs or competition service providers) is not permitted. We reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned in these cases and in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or manipulations, as well as in the case of legal and immoral posted content.

All “Instagram names” of the participants will be recorded and saved to determine the winner. The participants are entitled to statutory information and revocation rights.

the international Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG is entitled to transmit personal data to third parties in order to enable delivery of the prize. The prize cannot alternatively be paid out in cash. Premature Termination of the Sweepstakes
the international Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice. From this possibility the Int. Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG is used in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination was caused by the behavior of a participant, the Int. Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG, demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred. 

Applicable Law; severability clause; exclusion of legal recourse; right to change
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and the Int. Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Austria. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Incomplete or ineffective provisions are to be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate provision is found that comes as close as possible economically to what corresponds to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision. The legal process is excluded.
