Please also read our booking guide to ensure that your registration is completed correctly. Of course you can also register via fax or email to info@polecamp.at. For registration via fax or email we will charge a handling fee of EUR 20.00. After your registration you will automatically receive your ticket(s) by e-mail. The invoice will be sent to you a few days after registration in PDF format attached to an email. The amount due has to be paid within 7 days of the date of invoice.
-
2. Why is all the data needed for when registering? To guarantee a smooth and fast check-in at the location we need to know the date of birth, place of birth as well as passport number and place of issue aside from a participant's name and complete address. This guarantees that you get your room and entry pass (control bracelet) without waiting time.
-
3. When should I register?"The earlier - the better!" On the one hand you will benefit from our reduced prices for early birds and on the other hand you will secure your place at the "International Polecamp" by registering early, especially since there is a limit of participants.
-
4. What do you mean with "XXL Camp? Our XXL Polecamp is a combination of "Camp 1" and "Camp 2" and includes 2 additional nights (with full board) in between those two dates. So in total you stay 8 nights in Bibione and join 2 Polecamps within that week for a special price! Some workshops are offered at both camps (1 and 2), but the majority of the workshops are different at camp 1 and camp 2 and therefore our XXL camp is just right for everyone who wants to take the maximum of new tricks and moves.
-
5. What is included in the package price?“International Polecamp” is an event where (nearly) everything is included. From accommodation with full board to workshops and shownight also anti-alcoholic drinks from the suspending system in the dining room at lunch and dinner! All other drinks (ie water during the day) are not included! Board starts with dinner on the day of arrival. If you would like to have lunch at the hotel on this day, please inform the hotel reception in advance and pay directly at the hotel! The hotel offers a comprehensive buffet (appetizers, salad, fruit, desserts) and starters and main courses with table service. In addition, vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes are always offered! You will find further details on what is included in the registration section.
-
6. Can I extend my stay in Bibione? An extension at the Bibione Palace Spa Hotel is possible both before and after the event. If you want to book one or more extra nights, choose the number of extra nights directly in your online booking. By booking additional nights through us, you will pay a lower rate than the hotel would charge. You will not find the costs for any booked extra nights in the shopping cart, but only on the invoice, which you will receive by e-mail a few days after registration.
-
7. How and when is the pole camp to be paid for?For each booking, the first participant/registrant is also the invoice recipient and will receive an invoice by e-mail within a few days after booking. The total amount of the invoice is then to be transferred within 7 days without deduction to the account stated on the invoice. Partial payments and payments by credit card or paypal are not possible!
-
8. When will I receive my ticket and what does the status mean?Your ticket is generated automatically when you register online and you will receive it as a PDF by e-mail immediately after your registration. Since the ticket status "unpaid" is continuously compared with the incoming payments and updated in our system, your ticket (after payment) is also valid with this status and you will not receive another ticket with the status "paid". You have to bring your ticket printed or digitally (on your mobile) to the event! The most important thing for your event check in is the QR code on the ticket! You have to bring your ticket printed or digitally (on your cell phone) to the event! The most important thing for your event check-in is the QR code printed on the ticket. IMPORTANT: We do NOT send payment confirmations - but we will surely contact you if we do not receive a payment ;-)
-
9. Can I also take a companion who does not want to do workshops?Of course! You only need to select the corresponding ticket "NON-POLER" for this accompanying person as a package within the booking. Your partner will get a reduced price which includes the accommodation, food and shownight. No workshops may be visited! No visitors allowed during the workshops!
-
10. Is it possible to register as a solo participant and share the room with anybody? If you do not want to book a single room and save the single supplement, you can also register as a solo-participant. In this case, we will assign you a room and you will share a double, triple or 4-bed room with 1 to 3 others. If you register as a solo participant, you will always be charged the price for half a double room. Please select "SHARED ROOM" directly at the bottom of the booking form. Due to the low number of male participants, booking as a solo participant (room sharing) is ONLY possible for female participants!
-
11. Are male participants also welcome at Polecamp?Short and crisp - YES! We are so happy about male pole dancers! However, due to the small number of male participants, a booking as a solo participant (room sharing) is not possible for them. If a man wants to participate in the Polecamp and has NO room partner, a single room has to be booked!

12. How to get to the Polecamp? All participants have to arrange their own travel to the pole camp. Here are some tips: If you come by plane, Venice (airports: Marco Polo or Treviso) is the nearest airport. Cheap flights from many European cities are available at www.easyjet.com, www.eurowings.com, www.ryanair.com and others. Alternatively, you can also travel to Venice by bus (e.g. www.flixbus.de). If you arrive by train, Latisana is the closest train station to Bibione (distance about 20 km). From Venice Airport there is public transport to Bibione (although the connections are not optimal). Here are some helpful links: -ATVO, Rome2Rio. A transfer can also be booked in advance - eg at FoxTransfer. A good and cheap alternative is a rental car. Ideally, you should book this in advance - for example at MietwagenCheck or Check24. You can find more valuable information about driving in Italy here. If you travel to Bibione by car and want to carpool, apply for a group membership for our Participant Facebook group. In this, the participants can exchange information and, among other things, find fellow travelers. Your rental car or your private car (if you come directly to Bibione by car) can be parked for free in the hotel underground car park. Why we from Int. Polecamp does not organize shuttles from Venice is easy to explain. Our participants arrive from different regions of Europe with different means of transport and at different times. A fixed shuttle would be so expensive that booking a rental car would be much cheaper for the participants!

13. In which levels are the workshops divided? There will be workshops for beginner, intermediate, advanced and workshops marked "for all". Besides on-pole we offer of course also off-pole workshops. So there will be something for everyone at the Polecamp in Bibione. Find the qualifications you should bring for each level right here. It is not helpful to ask for the level of the participants at the time of their registration, because experience has shown that the level of Intermediate or Advanced is not the same in every studio. In addition, the trainers also rate their own workshops differently. Therefore it is impossible for the organizer to make a classification in advance. For this reason we offer all participants to attend each workshop (per group). If one is too easy/difficult, it is also possible to change at any time (subject to availability).
-
14.What for is the classification in "group A" and "group B?Per camp, participants are divided into 2 groups, although this is not a classification, but simply ensures that there are roughly the same number of participants per group. Almost all workshops are offered twice - and thus in each of the two groups - to ensure that there will be no more than 2 participants per pole/hoop. For this reason, please note during the registration process, if you would like to be "group A" or "group B". If no group is announced at the time of registration, the group will be assigned by the organizer. Changes to the desired or assigned group are no longer possible after booking.
-
15. Do I have to book the individual workshops in advance? To provide participants also a certain flexibility, all workshops can be visited without an appointment or booking. If there will be too many participants in a workshop, we close that workshop and it applies the principle of "first come - first serve"! If one of your "desired workshops" is already full, you have the option to visit one of the other workshops (within your group) - offered at the same time - in any case.
-
16. When will the workshop schedule be online? The workshop schedule is available about 4 weeks before the start of the Polecamp.
-
17. Is aerial hoop also offered at the Polecamp?Yes! 8 hoops (single point with a thickness of 24 mm) are at your disposal in a separate location for this purpose. All hoops have a diameter of 100 cm and are NOT taped for hygienic reasons. Straps as well as a swivels and sufficient carabiners are available as accessories for all hoops.
-
18. What is the condition of the workshop premises? The pole camp takes place in a hotel and for this reason the workshop premises are of course not comparable to a classic pole dance studio. In some of the locations there are columns, tiled or stone floors, but also PVC and all rooms are adapted and "misused" for our event with great effort. The room height of the individual pole/hoop locations is also different and is between 2.5 and 3 m. We are also aware that mirrors (especially for the choreo courses) would be nice and useful in the premises, but of course we would also have to rent them and have them transported to the hotel. Of course, this causes further additional costs, which would then be reflected in the price. That's why we consciously do without mirrors and keep our all-inclusive price unbeatably low! We recommend our participants to be prepared and to see the weekend in Bibione for what it is: A holiday weekend among like-minded people in a Holidaycheck-Award *** * Hotel and the opportunity to attend numerous on- and off-pole workshops there!"

19. What equipment is used at Int. Polecamp? We offer our participants only professional equipment! There are more than 50 poles - X-Pole XPERT (in Chrome, 45 mm) or X-Pole XPERT PRO (Chrome, 45 mm) - in use, which are suitable for static as well as for spinning. For the hoop workshops, 8 single-point hoops are available. For the acrobatic workshops, 4 CCLIFE gymnastics mats are available, each 300x120 cm and 5 cm thick. Also for chair- and lapdance about 20 (folding) chairs made of hard plastic were purchased at that time. We are aware that there would be even more ideal chairs for these workshops. However, we ask for your understanding that the entire equipment must also be stored for about 350 days a year in the most space-saving way possible - therefore the folding chairs! Due to the conditions we can not offer mirrors in the workshop locations!
-
20. What do I need to bring myself to the Polecamp? Please bring exercise mat, knee pads and grip aids on your own to Bibione! As we made the experience that our participants prefer to use their own resources, they are not provided at the Polecamp! If possible, we also recommend bringing 2 yoga blocks on your own to Bibione, because those maybe required for some workshops! Appropriate protection in the form of shoe protectors for the platform of the heels/boots is recommended to prevent damage to shoes and the floor. As it is almost impossible to clean the poles again after using itac2, there is an absolute itac2 ban at Int. Polecamp!
-
21. Can I bring my own drinks to the workshops and shownight? In consultation with the hotel, it is possible to bring your own drinks (water) to the workshops during the day! Because it is not an apartment complex but a first-class hotel you are not allowed to take your own drinks in the evening and to the shows, no exceptions! We ask you to comply with this request from the hotel management!
-
22. What additional costs should I budget for the PolecampIn our "all inclusive price" all workshops, shows, hotel room, full board and even drinks (soft drinks) during lunch and dinner are already included. So you just need to calculate personal expenses, like maybe the one or another drink and maybe a "shopping trip" in Bibione.
-
23. What if I have to cancel?"Depending on when you cancel your booking, appropriate cancellation fees will apply. You will find them under the Terms and Conditions. To avoid costs in case of cancellation due to health reasons, we strongly recommend (at the same time as your booking!) to take out a travel cancellation insurance . For more information ask your insurance advisor, travel agency or check out online at various insurance companies!
-
24. Why is the organizer taking photos and/or filming? This has a very simple reason. We just want to show all those who have not yet been to Int. Pole camp in Bibione, what awaits them there. The goal is not to make pictures or a film of perfect pole tricks, but simply to show the general mood, the locations and so on. We request for your understanding that therefore it´s nessecary that our photographer and/or cameraman will drop by the workshops from time to time to document the event.
-
25. What is the weather like in September/October in Bibione?Bibione offers even in September, a pleasant climate with daytime highs of up to 24 ° and a water temperature of about 22 °.
