You are planning to register at this year's Int. Polecamp? Why not get a closer look to our event? We are looking for a number of enthusiastic and reliable volunteers who want to participate in Europe's largest Polecamp. In return for your support, we offer you a fair discount on your booking.
50% discount for volunteers
For approximately 50% of your support, we offer a 50% discount! So, apply now and save half your participation costs as a volunteer!
Depending on your assignment, your tasks will be:

Assembly and dismantling of the poles

Checking the control wristbands during the workshops

Setting up and dismantling the stage equipment at our shows

Cleaning the X-Stages at the show nights
-
Transfer of our artists to the airport or hotel
As a volunteer, you will work a total of approximately 15-20 hours at Pole Camp. We will organize your schedule so that you can participate in all parts of the event and workshops (approximately 50% of the workshop time) as much as possible. Volunteer schedules will be finalized approximately three weeks before the event and sent to each team member.
What we offer you in return:

For Camp 1 (including setup on 25.09.2026 from 12 noon) you will receive a 50% discount on the current package price in the room category double, triple or quadruple and we will of course also cover the costs for the additional night from 25.-26.09.2026

For Camp 2 (including dismantling on 04.10.2026 until 4 pm) you will receive a 50% discount on the current package price in the room category double, triple or quadruple

For the XXL Camp you also get a 50% discount and (since there are just under 2 days of “holiday” between Camp 1 and 2) you are obligated to help with the setup and dismantling
Before you register as volunteer:
Just check one more time - will you be able to make it to the event 150% sure? No doubts? You checked or better got your flight (if you need one)? If you are not sure - please do NOT register. We need to know that the members of our team will show up. If you would really like to apply as volunteer, please fill in all info requested.

Your application as a volunteer has to be done at the same time as your registration for Int. Polecamp. Please register at the same time via this link and use the field "Remarks" to let us know, that you applied as a volunteer, too!
Out of applications the volunteers will be selected out of that pool. You will receive a message from us in any case, whether you are in or not. Also for volunteer bookings you will receive an invoice, which is payable within 7 days. Your registration as a volunteer is non-refundable and will be charged at any time with a 100% cancellation fee in the event of your cancellation.

Through my participation as a volunteer, I was able to fulfill this dream and also gain super exciting insights behind the scenes of such an event. The tasks themselves were always within the scope, it rarely really felt like "work" and you had enough time to participate in courses yourself. I really enjoyed it and there was nothing missing! Great workshops including organization, delicious food, sauna,...etc. The atmosphere is very informal and you feel like you're in good hands! In terms of time, it was a bit stressful because of course you want to take part in as many workshops as possible and you're also working at the same time. But it was bearable for the few days ;)"

„Hello everyone, my name is Lena, I'm 21 and I'm from Upper Austria. I had the pleasure to be a Volunteer at the International Polecamp 2018 in Bibione. At the beginning I have to say that was the best decision ever .
Firstly, this great offer to be a part of the crew is top. I found it on the website and I thought that would be a nice idea for the XXL Camp. Because so I can stay the whole week and join half of the workshops and “work” the other half. In my mind it wasn't really a hard work cause I helped to build up and clean the poles and controlled the bracelets. I think the best things to be a volunteer is to be a part of the community and meet a lot of new people.
All in all, I really enjoyed being a volunteer and if I had the chance I would definitely do it again. A big thank you to the whole team, it was an amazing week."
