Participation

The raffle is organised by Int. Polecamp - TKM Eventmanagment KG, Austraße 21, 6200 Jenbach. All natural persons aged 18 and over who are neither employees nor relatives of the organiser, follow the Instagram account www.instagram.com/polecamp.eu and publish a post with the hashtag #pinkdays24 on their own Instagram account are eligible to participate. The raffle begins on 17 June 2024; the closing date for entries and thus the end of the raffle is 24 June 2024 at 10 a.m.

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced by 28 June 2024 via a direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 4 days, a new winner will be drawn. The public announcement will be made after the winner has responded via the Instagram account of the competition organiser (www.instagram.com/polecamp.eu).

The prize will be raffled off from a minimum number of 50 posts (several posts per person are counted as one) with the hashtag #pinkdays24. Late entries cannot be considered. Participation in the raffle is only permitted through personal entry by the participant. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via competition clubs or raffle service providers) is not permitted. In these cases and in the event of breaches of the conditions of participation or manipulation, as well as in the event of legal or immoral content being posted, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned.

Prize description

You can win 1x voucher from the Int. polecamp shop worth € 100,-. This voucher can be redeemed for participation in the Int. Polecamp 2024, but also for Dragonfly items in stock in our online shop. The winner will be notified directly from our Instagram page after the raffle. The announcement of the winner is without guarantee.

The Int. Polecamp - TKM Eventmanagment KG is authorised to transfer the personal data to third parties in order to enable delivery of the prize. The prize cannot alternatively be paid out in cash. Prize claims are not transferable to other persons. The Int. Polecamp - TKM Eventmanagment KG is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. The Int. Polecamp - TKM Eventmanagment KG is only liable for legal and material defects in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Premature Termination of the Sweepstakes
the international Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice. From this possibility the Int. Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG is used in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination was caused by the behavior of a participant, the Int. Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG, demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred. 

Applicable Law; severability clause; exclusion of legal recourse; right to change
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and the Int. Polecamp – TKM Eventmanagment KG are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Austria. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Incomplete or ineffective provisions are to be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate provision is found that comes as close as possible economically to what corresponds to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision. The legal process is excluded.

No participation by Instagram or META in the sweepstakes
The competition will be organized by the Int. Polecamp organized by TKM Event Management KG. It is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way endorsed, endorsed or controlled by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but the Int. Polecamp – TKM Event Management KG. All questions, comments or complaints should therefore not be addressed to Instagram, but to the Int. Polecamp – TKM Event Management KG. There are no claims against Instagram as a result of participation.
